Ocean Beach there are shops. Restaurants bars could take a walk to the beach, but the town itself is really nice itself and I believe there is a Spa there plenty to do for a day.

OMG take the bayshore ferry to Kisnet! Two great restaurants on the bay next to the ferry dock! Then you can take a ferry to Ocean Beach or even walk to Saltaire and Fair Harbor

trust me the rain doesn’t stop anyone from doing anything , the bars and live music will always be still goin on & at island mermaid we have events 7 days a week , bitchy bingo on tuesdays & burlesque show thursdays and wine wednesday with a show
