Being in a shelter won’t cause them to take your kids. There are certain things that should be kept off social media. Even if some stuff is legal don’t put it out there. Also start saying I’m a mom with kids living in a shelter and leave the I’m homeless out of it. As for your kids might be best to keep them off especially the native one.

The family law agencies will be able to advise you properly. judges and courts in these states protect the children. i’m so sorry this happened to you. you are the legal parent you do have rights .
