@madelainerascan: This mentality will rob you of your goals. I’ve been there. I’ve eaten one dinner out, come home and turned it into a marathon. Extreme guilt. Try to fast the next day. Like a brutal hamster wheel that feels impossible to step off. This is why I say tracking my food actually helped me stop making these choices. I no longer feared a side of fries, or a cookie. I knew it wasn’t the end of the world and I could just move on and still continue to see results with fun foods! It’s simple but not easy.. I hope this math makes it a little more clear 🩷
