At the end of the movie, Bear bought 3 one wish willows at the store. He couldn’t break one, Ian broke one, and Freaky Nikki broke one. If that wasn’t the real Nikki then hypothetically after she wakes up, she could find the third one and make a wish.

My boyfriend noticed idk if others did, probably. But wish Nikki and real Nikki have different hand writing. When she writes “Not Me” it’s kind of sloppy and in print. When she wrote “for my little food critic” it was in nice pretty cursive
