When i was working in a bakery 2001... we had a absolutely mental boss. Shouted all the time. If we had weekend catery job in funeral ect. Pure madness x100! Much older baker learned me a trick. "Think of a wind tunnel and say in your mind... Bullshit." And now, 25 years later, it still works.
