as a disabled woman, I really wanted a companion, a protector a family pet. I trained with her daily for months .......now at 3 years old, she's everything and more I could of ever dreamt of. no walks (because I physically can't) no more daily training, she is my shadow, my world, my baby girl. Best thing I ever done was getting her ❤️

My only issue with these videos (and I've seen a few now) is they only go very lightly into training and what amount time is required to keep a malinois happy. It seems to just be a straight up 'no', rather than an advisory against with a regime / examples of what these dogs require. Idk, I feel like perhaps giving a more in depth look into day-to-day life with them would be a better deterrent than just saying 'no'.

people underestimate the time that goes into a mali, i feel like 90% of my free time now is spent enriching, walking, training, playing or cleaning up after my mali, which imo is so worth it but that's because i strive off constantly having something to do and a reason to stay productive, a lot of people come home from work and want to watch netflix all night, a mali will complicate that

meet Callie my 10 month old German shepherd cross Belgium Malinois we have 2 small children and she is the best dog I have ever owned by far hands down. She loves the children to pieces and she also loves long walks and playing down the dog park. She is not destructive and don’t wreck the house . She is brilliant when you out and in public. But coming into the house and you’re not welcome she will have a big problem. She protects the house and the kids

Mechelen (or Malines of you want to use the french name for this city) is in Belgium. So stop calling it a Belgium Malinois. It is a Melinois Sheperd. Or in his own language een Mechelse Herder. Call it a Belgian Sheppard. But Melines lies is Belgium so everything that is Malinois is automatically Belgium. A Yorkshire Terrier is not an British Yorkshirer is it?

I also don't think people realise how much emotional needs they have, mine gets 2 hours of walks a day with training on the walks but the main things is how much cuddling and affection he needs.
