My team and I do this all the time. We once had a customer who thought her food wasn’t freshly made because we handed it to her right after she finished paying. 😅😅😅 Girl, we were just being efficient, we wanted to get your order ready quickly so you could grab it and be on your way out as fast!

i always vibe check them first. if they’re quick and know what they want i start making, if they’re a first timer or just seem unsure i always wait until i have the cup in hand. still not foolproof tho😔
