De esos ejercicios cuantos tengo q hacer a la semana ? Por ejemplo lunes glúteo - femoral y los viernes glúteo -cuádriceps pero no se como incorpora los ejercicios incluyendo las piernas , 3 ejercicios de glúteos y 2 de piernas un día y el otro día glúteos y cuádriceps ? Pero en el caso de glúteo haría los mismo ejercicios ambos días ?
