If your school requires community service hours to graduate and your EC’s don’t fit their definition, I totally understand if you just rack up some hours if the rest of your EC’s hit the LIIIP pillars. I remember being in that situation in high school. If you do somewhat “menial” community service because it’s actually important to you, such as street clean ups or church related service, great! I’ll never tell you to stop. I would encourage you to think about how you might take on a stronger leadership role, if for no other reason than to serve the community you care about. #collegeadmissions #collegeapplications #classof2027 #extracurricular
