What happened to just training hard? If your body’s fucked and you need recovery, take a proper rest. But coming into the gym to tickle dumbbells around for a week because science TikTok told you to? Come on. Most people overcomplicate training because training hard is uncomfortable. That’s the truth nobody wants to hear. Train hard. Recover properly. Repeat. And before the science-based warriors start crying in the comments… Go look at the physiques of half the people giving advice online. Teaching muscle building while built like a fucking breadstick. 😂
