Mine was complaining of stomach pains for two weeks. School nurse called, she spiked a fever, got home and started vomiting. I thought it was appendix! Took her to the UC right next to the ER just in case and it was constipation!

Yup, constipation caused my oldest to have his appendix removed. He was pooping daily.
