Career Blind Spots :
STAR method all the time. We interview people following this approach. Situation: what is it, what's the context. Task: say what you've been tasked with or decided to do. Lead with why? Action: what did you end up doing? speak about your part specifically and stop using "we/our team". Results: what was the outcome, including what went wrong and what you learned from it. It's the best way to get your point across.

With 5,6,7 interviewers, you'll need more than 1 story per category. Some companies ask that you don't repeat stories, otherwise you look less experienced.
