After all, spring cleaning is just for spring. It’s not meant to be done that thoroughly all year round 🤷♀️

question, if u realized all this (that u are the bad cologne) whilst still in a relationship with a good man and if u keep working on yourself and it still fails. how to know if its time to let them go for their own good or mine's. bc im not able to identify if its self sabotaging or really working on myself

Clarification Question: I was a little confused by this! Because you talk about how important emotional honesty is, but then say therapy talks should be very little. Can you clarify how to be emotionally honest while not turning things into a therapy conversation? Let's say sth my partner did hurt me, now what?

Sydney, how can I apologize when I let my avoidant tendencies out? I know it was me pushing them away, I noticed it, regulated and want to apologize for my mistake.

recently escaped this kind of relationship, everything I did was analysed and dissected until I could do nothing right, I genuinely loved her but had to walk away, it broke me and I don't date anymore, home, art, music, friends and that's enough
