I have calm tea with ashwa in it. I drink like 4 cups of it a day depending on how nutty I am. Coffee does make it worse but I still drink two cups of it black every morning to make myself jittery 😂 I am addicted to the taste and warmth.

Wild caught salmon + pumpkin seeds is high in vitamin d, omega 3, iron, magnesium and zinc. So it's actually easy to get it all from whole foods instead of taking supplements for it.
