Yes 🙌🏽 you motivated me to go back for RN as well. I’ve had similar experiences and went into being a charge nurse as an LVN (same as LPN in CA). I thought I could make a change but change comes up from above. I have been out of nursing due to burnout and for my mental health. Yeah, that’s how bad it got
