@.businessgiant: I break down the misconception that putting money in a trust makes taxes disappear. I explain the critical difference between revocable living trusts (which don't separate you from taxes) and non-grantor irrevocable trusts (which create a separate taxpayer). #fy #fyp #trusts #irrevocabletrust #revocablelivingtrust
Can you convert a revocable trust into an irrevocable trust?

Then why bother with a revocable trust if it doesn’t protect you or offer tax savings?

Thank you for this. I’ve seen the TikTok videos promising that a “Contract Law Spendthrift Trust” will magically make tax disappear. It’s completely incorrect and has the potential to get decent people unknowingly into a LOT of trouble.

So i gather from your content and services that this is only for folks that can afford to pay $2500 a month or more for the right type of support/protections. So for a person making less than 200K a single home owner with life insurance this is out of reach.

I have a revocable trust. Will the IRs honor my IRS Form 56? I was told that the Revocable Trust makes me the Executor & Administrator of the trust, so it's congruent with IRS Form 56

So an irrevocable retirement trust where investments (by the trust) appreciate in value and reviewed quarterly for tax liability- and you can borrow against a trust to invest in a homestead?

So unfortunately we can’t use a non irrevocable discretionary complex spend thrift Trust for our W2 wage job so how do you consult with people who don’t have a LLC or S corp?

You’re still talking about a statutory trust registered with the government. A private, non statutory ecclesiastical trust is something entirely different and has its own legislation. Therefore it’s not subject to the legislation of government (contract law). You need to understand the 3 jurisdictions Land, Air & Water. Air = Trust law (highest law) Land = common law/equity, Water = Contract law. Government legislation is Contract law. What they did was make a copy of common law/equity and trust law into their legislation confusing most people like they are the same. Governments have absolutely no jurisdiction over true trust law. Therefore they Private trusts are not subject to taxation.
