Feeding squirrels turns into actually hand feeding squirrels 🤣 I started out like this too well I still have the squirrel feeders but I have 3 girls and one boy that will come take food from my hand the others use the feeder

Give them walnuts instead of peanuts! Peanuts cause bone density loss- causes their bones to be weak! Costco has a bag of unsalted walnuts!

I can only put a couple handfuls out a day- if I filled up a feeder like that, my squirrels would sit there and eat nonstop until it was empty.

As a fellow squirrel lover this made me so happy. I was just looking at squirrel boxes for them to sleep in and some even have cameras to watch them! 🥰
