Which one is causing me bloat? cuz it's been 4 days of constant bloating feeling, and I've been on HRT for over a year. idk if it's me estrogen when I've reduced from .01 to 0.075 and now back down to 0.05. it's SO uncomfortable

It helps if you blow dry it for a few seconds to heat the glue on the patch. I’ve never had one fall off 😁

The patch seemed to wear off 2 days before it was time to change it. The pills seem to keep the dose more balanced.

I’m in a nightmare situation. I was on Vivelle dot for 20 years. Then it was discontinued I switched to minivile and just found that today it’s being discontinued. I have tried the generic and felt terrible. Do you have any suggestions at all? I’m 69 years old. Had a complete hysterectomy at 40 so I have a lot of experience with estrogen patches.

I have an appointment on Friday to see my first ever urogynecologist. Is it usually an exam on your first visit because I just got my period today? Issues I wanted to discuss our peeing all night long and possibly some vaginal pellets to bring a little estrogen to the area. TYIA

Just a PSA! I had my one and done baby at 40 and had a mirena placed at 6 weeks postpartum. At 43 I started having symptoms of menopause and asked my NP if we could check my hormone levels, and how would I know if I’ve gone through menopause since I stopped getting my period. She said I was too young for menopause. One year after my IUD was removed at 47, and still no period. I insist on having labs done…turns out I was post menopausal, and I advocated for HRT. I wish I had advocated earlier on to have labs done when I first started having symptoms.

Hated the patch. Gave me the worst loading of my life. I’m using the spray. I’m living in Europe… Not sure that’s a thing in the US
