Ingredients: Crust: 2 & 1/2 cups crushed pretzels 1 & 1/2 sticks (12 tbsp) melted salted butter 1/2 cup granulated sugar Middle layer: 16 oz cream cheese 1 cup granulated sugar 8oz cool whip Top layer: 2 cups boiling water 6oz package raspberry jello 1 & 1/2 cups fresh raspberries How to: Combine ingredients for crust and spread in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Press down crust in the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. For middle layer: In a bowl add cream cheese and granulated sugar. Mix well. Fold in cool whip. Spread over crust making sure to spread all of the way to the edges of the crust, covering completely. For the top layer: Add raspberry jello to boiling water. Mix until dissolved. Add raspberries. Mix. Let cool then spoon a little on top of the whipped later slowly until covered. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve! #dessertrecipe #raspberry #pretzelsalad #recipes #trending
