Next time make them FaceTime you and show you your order before you make a payment, also make them ft a tour of the factory/shipping office so you can see for yourself.

I order from them recently and my hair came looking like that too. After I shampooed it, it curled up more and got more full but it def doesn’t look like the pictures they’re using
