In this newly released bodycam footage from February 11, adaptive athlete and influencer Katie (@slightlyoff.balance) was pulled over in Lake Worth Beach, FL after an officer claimed he saw her “manipulating a phone” with her right hand. To his surprise, she lifted up her right arm to reveal that she didn’t even have a right hand. However, the officer went forward with the ticket claiming that he most likely saw her holding it in her left hand.
