Banks can be an exception. they can prevent you from filming on their property. Banks are Private Property: Despite being heavily regulated by the government and federally insured (by the FDIC), almost all commercial banks are privately owned businesses. They enjoy the same private property rights as a grocery store, a restaurant, or your own home.
