Ingredients: 3 rice paper wrappers 1 large egg 1 tbsp water 2-3 scrambled eggs 2-3 slices cooked and crumbled bacon 1/4 cup shredded Mozerella cheese Everything bagel seasoning How to: Add 1 egg and 1 tbsp water to a large plate. Mix it together until combined. Dip rice papers into the egg wash and make sure each side is coated. Lay each one down on a large plate slightly overlapping each one. Top with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese. Roll up and then roll into a spiral. Top with everything bagel seasoning.
