Training hard, eating "alright," and still not seeing what you actually want. You've cut carbs for six weeks, gone all in every January, burned out by March. It's not that you're lazy. It's waking up with actual energy instead of dragging myself out of bed. It's taking my top off without sucking it in first. It's keeping up with my kids instead of gassing out after ten minutes and pretending I'm not. And this isn't the finish line. This is what happens when you build something that lasts, not something you white-knuckle for six weeks and lose again the second life gets busy. You're telling yourself you haven't got the time, or that you've tried before and it didn't stick. That's the exact thing keeping you stuck not the truth.
