I was there, this was by far the closest ive had to needing to evacuate myself, my heart is out to all who are injured and who lost there life during this fire.. and luck and hope on safty for all future fires he will have this year

I live in Moho. I was listening to the scanner feed during the whole thing. What you have here is so beyond the tame part. What I heard after this was HEART WRENCHING. Some things you hear will just sit on your heart. Honestly, those 50-60 mph winds weren’t gonna let it be tame. There’s no earthly way they could’ve saved those structures. My brain keeps replaying what I heard on that scanner, even days later. 🥺 I still can’t believe there were no fatalities.
