Yeah, the things you're pointing to, such as what science is gently pointing to, things like the hard problem of consciousness are great starting points for exploring nonduality. What we call the 3D automatically assumes a shared physical interface, as does lived experience, otherwise humans would not automatically react with joy or grief to shared real world events. I absolutely love idealism as a model for the natural world, but when we talk about reality creation we have to ground it in a way the human mind can actually process. For example, our assumptions generally extrapolate from lived somatic experience. To change a core assumption purely by wishing to believe differently is not something the human brain can easily do, nor should it. Think about the safety architecture of the mind. If reality shifted instantly based on a whim or a passing assumption, every single panic attack or catastrophic thought would manifest instantly in physical space. A dominant assumption shift cannot be a closed loop. It operates as a two-way feedback system between the internal state and external data. If you have specific methods that successfully bypass the logical mind and produce immediate physical world shifts, let's talk more about those mechanisms. I prefer to look at the abstract as a way to move towards full concrete ways this is expressed, so I'm totally on board when you speak about that method of recognition to realize changes. However, speaking on concrete specifics is where I have a harder time following. Would you elaborate on this please?
