The bar area is gorgeous, the cocktails are delicious, and it’s such a fun way to experience the restaurant in a more relaxed happy hour setting. Our sunset prix fixe included: ✨ Crispy salmon with seaweed + green wasabi mustard ✨ Summer truffles puff with shimeji mushrooms, carrot & dried shiitake ✨ Caramelized black char siu + pickled cucumber ✨ Steamed shrimp + squid dumpling ✨ Roasted black cod + spring peas ✨ Crispy chicken with mala spice ✨ Slow-cooked baby napa cabbage in Parma ham broth ✨ Eight treasure rice with mushrooms, lotus seeds, dried shrimp + peanut My favorites were the caramelized black char siu and the roasted black cod. The char siu had that perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the black cod was so tender and flavorful.
