I flew french bee Paris to LA, was excited because tickets were like €350. By the time I added luggage and food (!!!!) they were €700. Should have just flown Air France, lesson learned.

I mean they are cheap for a reason, if they don’t do all those rules and charge they will bankrupt like spirit, same concept as Ryanair, pay cheap donc expect premium but it will get you from point A to point B

i used to be able to fly munich to nyc non stop roundtrip for about 390€ with lufthansa/united 2 years ago. i miss those times tbh

I am always flying overweight in Europe and in France and if you’re nice and polite at the counter usually it’s fine. I think i paid once in 10 years and I’m not even sure I did

I paid 260€ to go back and forth from Berlin to LA with Virgin Atlantics and 280€ to go back and forth between Berlin and New York with no stop with United. Not sure if 400$ for French Bee is a good deal 😅
