As long as everyone is the same, they’re not rushing or dragging. They are in time :) it may be faster than the og cast recording, but they cannot rush if they’re successfully hitting each beat

Guys it sounds too fast because in the original they very slightly go from a bit slower to a bit faster, all of these actors are keeping the speed of when they all start singing together (aka when they get faster)!!! The orchestra is just playing to match their speed
