Slick editing. Great speed ramps. But put yourself in a buyer’s shoes. Your eyes can’t adjust. You don’t get a good sense of what the house really looks like. You’re hanging on shots for a split second. As someone who just bought a home and as a producer, give me slow shots. Your stuff looks really great, but it’s trendy and doesn’t keep the buyer in mind - only the realtor.

You think that’s difficult? Any pro with basic knowledge can do that. But it’s not helping to sell a home, because buyers couldn’t give a crap about trailer for a house. They want to see clear simple pictures that show the space ACCURATELY!!!
