Been a DonBelle fan since their very first project, but Tayo Sa Wakas really hits differently. 🤍 You can truly see how much Donny and Belle have grown in their craft. I love how Direk Cathy Garcia-Sampana focused not on making them look like the “best actor” or “best actress,” but on simply telling a beautiful and genuine story and they delivered it so naturally. The movie was a perfect mix of romance, comedy, career struggles, pain, growth, and reality all in one setting. Yes, kilig is already expected because I’m a fan, but what stood out more was their acting, the storyline, and the plot twists. Even my husband ended up bitin and surprisingly invested in the story. 😂 Been waiting for this movie for almost two months even postponed laag plans just so we could watch it together and honestly, it was worth the wait. Given that it’s directed by Direk Cathy, the material was already superb, but DonBelle truly pulled it off with their raw and genuine chemistry. Their connection felt natural, sincere, and emotionally grounded, which made every scene more effective. This isn’t just your typical Filipino romance movie. It’s the kind of film that makes you laugh, feel soft, reflect, and quietly relate to parts of the story. A movie that reminds you that love is not always grand gestures sometimes it’s understanding, timing, sacrifice, and choosing each other despite everything. Definitely one of DonBelle’s best projects so far. 🥹🤍
