Things like: 🧊 cold stimulation for nervous system regulation 🍋 sensory grounding through taste 🧠 tactile grounding tools for anxiety 🎨 mindful creativity and stress reduction 🫶🏼 calming sensory supports for overwhelm I also really appreciate that it helps make coping skills feel less intimidating and more accessible for everyday life. Mental health support doesn’t always have to look super clinical, sometimes it’s about having small tools that help you feel safer, calmer, and more connected to the present moment.
