As someone who moved up from the floor, issues also lie within the hourly employees. Changes are set and then they’re questioned. Supervisors do their best to implement and push safety initiatives and they’re met with “nah I’m good” attitude. I’ve fully embraced a safety first mentality with my team and they’ve done the same. I’ll eat an extra couple minutes to lockout the machine and get proper PPE on before performing a task. Nothing I can’t explain in the morning meeting.

the process is already at 44 seconds per operator and at that pace we can get 600 units per our calculations nevermind the oil in the floor let's make it faster but also safer nothing bad ever occurs
