i work in a hospital and gloves are NOT clean. they’re to protect the person carrying out the activity. handwashing when working with food is sufficient

For everyone here, I have a degree in gastronomy, no, gloves are not clean, they are worse than bare hands, another thing is that every single person who works in the kitchen and in service has a health card that must be updated according to the law of the country and they wash their hands more often in 5 minutes than an ordinary person in an entire day
