The book says don't wrap it tightly, just use a micropore enough to secure the gauze

según tengo entendido en la actualización de la literatura esa punción ya está obsoleta ,ya no se permite .

mal muy mal no puedes concluir el 100% de la luz de la fístula se debe dejar por lo menos 30% de luz por eso es que se recomiendan los adhesivos hipoalergénicos
