@digestwithdan: Bubble tea cocktail? And cracking Chinese bar food?! 📍𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗹𝗮 🧋🥟🍝 Linla has enveloped itself in Darlinghurst offering dazzling cocktails like the alcoholic bubble tea that will make every girlfriend happy. They've also got an interesting Modern Chiense menu that will also make plenty of stomachs grumble. On the table: Mi-Bubble (bubble tea cocktail) Ebi-nini (cocktail) Taiwanese Pepper Pork bun Wagyu Beef Tartare Night Market Crispy Chicken Grilled Tiger Prawns XOXO Calamari Starting off with the main attraction. The cocktail itself. Yes, it tastes like bubble tea but is loaded with aged rum. The small pearls will give some lively bites throughout. Overall a very nice drinks. Moving on the food we go these taiwanese pork buns and they were fantastic. Juicy peppery meat inside a gold pastry. So good. The wagyu beef tartare on the scallion pancakes is a lot of fun. We also go the night market crispy chicken that comes in the paper bag. Shake it for some spice. Can't go wrong wtih juicy fried chiken. These tiger prawns are where it's at. My god these were good. Grilled to perfection covered in a corainder pesto. So good. For the carbs, we indulged in this really creamy XO Calamari fettucini. That XO spice mixes really well with the cream cheese. If you're after another moody spot with cool drinks and good food, head over to Linla. [invite-gifted] #linla #bubbletea #sydneybar #datenight #digestwithdan
