Hi beautiful 🤗 , I’m diagnosed with lipedema in my arms,legs & hips ,that’s is exactly what lipedema looks like . My doctor prescribed me compression socks & sleeves to prevent more inflammation & help with swelling as well as getting lymphatic drainage massages to help with the pain & stimulate the flow of lymph fluid which we tend to accumulate & causes all those uncomfortable symptoms … I would suggest visiting your doctor to get a diagnosis & get the help you need you won’t regret it my love trust me 👌🏼😉

That is definitely Lipedema. Hormone changes causes it to grow. I too have it in my arms and they are similar to yours. My arms and legs grew after all four of my pregnancies. Now, the hormone changes from Pre/menopause made them grow more and I now have it on my stomach too.

I have had this all my life in my arms and legs, I have lost 100 lbs and now it's even more obvious, I'm nearly 40 and no doctor has ever once diagnosed me...it's sad, I was always just told I needed to lose weight...
