Every nail salon I go to charge upfront and I prefer it like that so I don't get charged hidden fees like most shops do and that's why people do what they do, not saying it's right but those hidden chargers are almost as high as the original service. No thanks 💯

It’s misrepresentation of a material fact for the salon to significantly upcharge after the customer agreed to a lower amount. The police can’t help the salon because the lady’s refusal to pay the extra amount isn’t illegal. This is a civil matter where small claims court will only award the originally agreed amount. Meanwhile, the lady can sue the salon for releasing the footage publicly and she may also have a criminal case against them due to the force used against her. The salon loses regardless.
