She wasn't using the ids for nefarious reasons. these cops could have easily given her a break and charged her with two misdemeanors such as simple possession of a altered or forged state identification card with the intent to misrepresent age which is a misdemeanor not a felony, and a 20-year-old caught with a personal-use THC vape pen without a medical card generally faces a civil infraction or low-level local ordinance violation for underage possession at most a misdemeanor charge for minor possession. these officers are disgusting and should have at least worked with her for being respectful, truthful i'm extremely cooperative, instead of trying to ruin her life over a few simple mistakes. even if the charges were ultimately dropped, they still show up in the court system and they will still follow her for the rest of her life. this girl wasn't hurting anybody, she didn't come at a violent crime.
