Had a customer declined a sale. he said he just didnt want to spend the money right now. I offered ou financing he still said no. I asked a few other questions just so I could understand why he was saying no. At the end he just didnt want to spend the money.

I sell my art for a living and when someone complains about price I already know its an excuse for them to leave. so I say "its ok you cant afford it" most of the time they turn around and buy it!
