I think warm milk is literally just warm milk because one of her texts to her dad she complains about it being cold still. I think there is also texts between her and Dominic where he tells her to drink warm milk. There are dairy free milks not all milks have dairy

as an avid shroom user, I have never asked for warm milk nor have I ever heard that the warm milk helps with the trip. I however love chocolate milk while tripping because it soothes my soul.
