Your hip tightness is a symptom. 3 muscles below and behind your pelvis stopped firing, and your hip joint absorbed the fallout. Everyone stretches their hips. Almost nobody asks why they’re tight in the first place. Here is the reality. Your hip joint is the crossroads of your entire lower body. When your gluteus medius stops firing, your hip rotators lose range. When your ankles can’t dorsiflex properly, your pelvis compensates by tilting forward.
