Years of doing this caught up to me and now I literally cannot function if I pull an all nighter. My brain shuts down and I’ll have brain fog and fatigue for like a week. I was just diagnosed with frontal lobe atrophy, so I’m not risking it anymore. No more all nighters for me 💔 even though I love being really focused at night
