@aidalekaj: If you’ve noticed a little “neck hump” or rounded posture developing — especially postpartum or after long hours sitting, feeding babies, or working at a desk — these 2 exercises may really help 🤍 They helped me personally after my second pregnancy, and I still use them regularly for posture, mobility, and relieving tension in the neck and upper back. This area is also incredibly important for circulation and drainage, so improving mobility here may help with feelings of facial puffiness, pressure headaches, and tension too. The third exercise and most difficult one is turning your phone off. When you spend too much time scrolling your head is looking down and you’re emphasizing the exact posture you’re trying to combat. Hold your head high and look at the sky 😘
