I live in Tampa and you can get heat stroke sitting in the shade under a fan. Sometimes you just gotta stay your ass in the house.

this is why we use umbrella during summer. we take the shade with us, not go looking for one 😅. and do pack a mobile fan/ portable ac. carrying water is obvious.

I experienced this today and it was so scary! I got really dizzy and confused and like a light switch, I suddenly stopped sweating and was not feeling the heat anymore. It wasn't cold, but it also wasn't hot anymore and my skin started to get dry. Thankfully I feel better again now, I just have a headache, but that was actually scarry

yh my 8yr old as just got over having a fever since Sunday, there was absolutely no chance in hell was i sending him to school today!! I kept my 12 and 14 yr olds off too 🤷♀️its supposed to get 37 in the shade.....yh absolutely not no thank u they are staying home
