3d sleep mask is the best. no pressure on the eye lids. love brown/pink noise better than white noise. only downfall. I only get to sleep between 9am-2pm due to school runs, being a mum, after school activities and cooking them dinner 😭

I work 11pm to 7am. Then come home take my kid to school. Get maybe 4 hr sleep then have to go get my kid. Come home cook dinner and spend time with her and maybe I’ll take a small nap at 7 and wake up at 9 and repeat. Yes I’m exhausted and depressed
