It’s unpaid in Sweden as well. We have 1 hour unpaid lunchtime and 30 minutes of a paid break

Is it mandatory to spend 60min for lunch? What if you dont want to take lunch one day, or just do 30min lunch, so you can breeze through work faster…Is that even allowed?

You can prepare small meals at home and bring them to work in a lunch box; you'll save money and it will be healthier food...🙂

usually in Italy, if employment is covered by a Collective Labour Agreement, employees receive a meal allowance for each day worked, typically ranging from €5 to €10 per day. It's not a huge amount, but better than nothing

I get 1 hour paid lunch break per day but I generally only take 30-40 minutes as I get back to work to make sure I dont have anything outstanding. I speak to clients on the hour every hour so time management is key. If I lived in Korea I would probably spend more time away from my desk!

In Brazil, we're usually paid a fixed monthly salary instead of by the hour. So even though we have a 1-hour lunch break every day, our salary already covers the entire workday
