can’t if u haven’t paid off ur phone like if u have phone payments BUT you can pay for international data. It was 50$ for a month for me but didn’t include unlimited calls

Most phone plans offer international data passes. I paid $50 for a 30 day pass unlimited call/text etc.. with t mobile.
