I think it's crucial to understand the difference here: Yuzu and Han had a serious collision and couldn't get up on their own. When you see that, you should NOT try to lift an injured person. In the very first scene, Yuzu rode up to his comrade, who was already getting up (essentially, he'd gotten up on his own). The fact that no one else rode up to Yuzu and Han doesn't indicate disdain. The question was why it took so long for the medical staff to gather to provide assistance.
