@goodlifegavin: Part 2 of our disgusting apartment renovation series. What started as “getting paid to break stuff” turned into one of the most exhausting couple of days we’ve had in a while. My dad and I spent the day demoing old tile floors, throwing out appliances, and cleaning up endless piles of broken tile from this second floor apartment. This apartment was left in terrible condition, but little by little we’re bringing it back to life with new flooring, paint, appliances, and a full refresh. Meanwhile we’re still balancing life back on our 17 acres.
